You know the feeling. Something's off but you can't quite name it. You're flat. Going through the motions. Saying yes to things that drain you and not sure why.
Maybe it shows up at work. You're performing but you've stopped caring. Maybe it's at home. You're busy but nothing feels meaningful. Maybe it's both. The days are full but they don't add up to anything.
Most people blame the job. The relationship. The city. The season. But sometimes none of those things are the actual problem.
Values are like roots of a tree. When they're deep and clear, everything above them grows. When they're not, nothing feels right. No matter how good it looks from the outside.

No. The values sort stands on its own. It is built on Schwartz's cross-cultural values framework, which maps how values relate across cultures. If you want to connect your values to your strengths later, the program does that. But you do not need any background to start.
Goals are things you achieve and tick off. Values are the reason you chose those goals in the first place. When your goals are aligned with your values, the work feels right. When they are not, you can hit every target and still feel empty.
