StrengthsWire respects your privacy. This policy covers personal information collected through strengthswire.com andapp.strengthswire.com.

We collect personal information you choose to share for these purposes:

  • Contact enquiries. When you send a message, we use your name, email, and message to reply and improve our services. Enquiry emails are sent via Resend to our team.
  • Newsletter / marketing emails. Only when you explicitly opt in by submitting the footer subscribe form, or by ticking the optional newsletter checkbox on a contact form. We then store your email (and name, if provided) in Resend Contacts so we can send occasional StrengthsWire updates.
  • Program accounts and learning. When you create an account on app.strengthswire.com, we collect account details (such as email and name) and learning activity needed to deliver the course (for example progress, completed lessons, goals, and reflections you save in the program). We use this to provide access, personalise your experience, support coaching (your assigned coach may see your goals and reflections), improve the product, and generate aggregated, de-identified insights (for example, what share of participants report being satisfied with their values). Aggregated insights are not tied back to you as an individual.
  • Purchases. When you buy a course or coaching pack, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation details needed for fulfilment (such as email and what you purchased). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Site analytics. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, and PostHog to understand how the site and app are used (for example pages viewed, device type, and approximate location). These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. PostHog also supports product features such as session replay when enabled.

We use Resend as our email provider and contact list processor,Stripe for payments,Google Analytics /Google Ads for marketing measurement, andPostHog for product analytics. We do not sell personal information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by emailing us via the contact page. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect replies to a contact enquiry or your program account.
